Adam Dew is a seasoned digital experience designer with over a decade of expertise in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). Currently serving as the Head of Digital Experience Design at Blatchford, Adam focuses on creating intuitive digital interfaces and leading a team of specialists. Previous roles include Freelance Digital Experience & Design Director and Head of User Experience at Freestyle Interactive Ltd, where Adam significantly contributed to enhancing user-centered approaches across various projects. Adam holds a BA Hons in Design and Applied Arts from the University of the West of England and an MA Hons in Design Innovation with Interactive Media Design from De Montfort University.
