Gilly King

Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist at Blatchford

Gilly King started their work experience as an Occupational Therapist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in October 2012. Gilly then became a Specialist Occupational Therapist in December 2013 and held that position until February 2014. Gilly later returned to the trust as a Specialist Occupational Therapist in June 2015 and stayed until October 2015. Following that, Gilly worked for Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, starting as a Specialist Occupational Therapist in June 2015 and transitioning to a Clinical Discharge Therapist from July 2018 to October 2018. Gilly then joined Blatchford in October 2019 as an Occupational Therapist and became a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist in November 2020. At Blatchford, they held both positions simultaneously until their most recent role as a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist from August 2021, which is ongoing.

Gilly King attended the University of Bradford from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist.
