Jen Dickson

Jen Dickson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jen worked at Blatchford from 2012, starting as an Admin Team Leader and later progressing to HR Administrator. In 2018, they became an HR Advisor and ultimately became the Head of HR, UK in 2023. Jen also served as a Treasurer at Jack & Jill Pre-school from 2022 and at Greenways Nursery School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they were an Administration Supervisor at Regal Credit Consultants Ltd from 2005 to 2012. Jen also has experience in the entertainment industry, having worked as Front of House at Ambassador Theatre Group from 2004 to 2005. Jen's earliest work experience was as a Cheque Processing Clerk at IPSL from 2002 to 2005.

Jen Dickson completed their education at various institutions. Jen obtained their CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they attended Tomlinscote Sixth Form College from 2002-2005, where they earned 3 A-Levels and 2 AS-Levels. Jen Dickson completed their secondary education at Tomlinscote Secondary School from 1997-2002, where they achieved 11 GCSEs.
