John Stephen

John Stephen has a diverse professional background in the orthotics and prosthetics industry. John has been providing part-time support in data analysis since retiring from Ex Blatchford Group in July 2019. Previously, John served as the Footwear Development Manager at Chas A Blatchford and Sons Ltd from April 1998 to March 2012, where John was instrumental in integrating bespoke and modular footwear into the company's offerings, leading to the development of the "Camino" orthopaedic footwear range. From April 2012 to the present, John has held the position of Purchasing Manager (Finished Parts) at Blatchford, focusing on maintaining supply chains for various clinical services while achieving significant cost savings and successfully introducing new products. John earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Nottinghamshire College of Further Education between 1975 and 1978.
