Our concept was born like a small salad's restaurant with a capacity of twelve persons, it started operations on march 2005 near ITESM campus Monterrey.

Blatt Salat Haus is a salad's restaurant "Quick & Healthy", the main product are salads based on lettuce prepared with fresh & hot ingredients, unique dressings and high quality toppings: everything chosen by our customers. You can also taste our sandwiches, wraps and soups.
