Aaron Welsh

Aaron Welsh is a Senior Manager in Cranes & Rigging Pre Construction at Blattner Company, where they focus on crane sizing, configuration, lift planning, and rigging development. From 2001 to 2022, they served as General Superintendent at Blattner Energy, and previously held the role of Superintendent. Currently, Aaron is also the Director of Field Operations at Blattner, a position they have held since 2025. They earned a degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1996 and 2001.
