Cal Herold

Cal Herold is a continuous improvement leader with extensive experience in process design and optimization, particularly in the realms of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation & Business Excellence at Blattner and co-founder and owner of Granite City Goaltender Development, Cal has a strong background in quality management systems and operational excellence. Since 2015, Cal has also been the Boy's Hockey Goalie Coach at Cathedral High School, achieving multiple state championships. Cal's commitment to developing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement drives their professional endeavors. Cal is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from St. John's University.
