Erica Shields

Erica Shields graduated in May 2015 with a degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Since then, they have held various roles in Human Resources, starting as an HR Administrative Assistant at CentraCare, before advancing to HR Business Partner II, where they drove engagement and strategic talent initiatives. Erica also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Park Nicollet Health Services, and currently serves as a Senior Learning Solutions Partner at Blattner. Their extensive experience centers on fostering employee growth and enhancing organizational success through effective HR practices.
