James Lee

James Lee is a seasoned talent development professional with extensive experience in training and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Blattner Company, James developed and manages the LIFT onboarding program, successfully onboarding over 500 new leaders in its first year. Prior roles include Manager of Talent Management at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, Training Manager at Minnesota Limited, and Training and Development Specialist at Nash Finch Company, where responsibility encompassed a broad range of HR functions and training initiatives. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Industries Marketing and Communications from the University of Minnesota.
