Michael Etter is a GIS Solutions Architect with extensive experience in the geospatial field. Currently employed at Blattner since September 2025, Etter previously held the position of Solutions Architect at WSB from March 2023 to September 2025. Prior roles include GIS Solutions Architect and GIS Analyst at de maximis Data Management Solutions, Inc. from March 2020 to March 2023, and GIS Analyst at Enbridge from August 2016 to February 2020, where significant contributions included the creation of the first internal NPMS regulatory submission. Earlier experience consists of positions as Research Analyst at Northern Tool + Equipment, Assistant GIS Project Manager at East View Geospatial, and progression through various cartographer roles. Michael Etter holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
