Mitch Johnson, M.S., is a dynamic Learning and Development Leader currently serving as a Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Learning at Blattner. With a robust background in designing comprehensive learning programs, Mitch has excelled in improving onboarding processes and fostering collaborative environments across various organizations, including Doma and Wanzek Construction. They have leveraged their expertise in competency framework development, curriculum design, and change leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention.
