Sarah M. is a seasoned professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Blattner since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, including Director of Learning & Leadership Development and Director of Corporate Training at Wanzek Construction, where responsibilities encompassed developing talent strategies and leadership programs.
