William Kinman

William Kinman is the Director of Construction - Storage at Blattner, where they oversee project management, ensure compliance with safety policies, and lead strategic business planning. With a background in mechanical engineering, William graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Portland State University. They previously held significant roles as a Project Manager for various organizations, including KIEWIT Construction and Mortenson, and contributed to critical infrastructure projects while serving as a Project Manager and Advisor with the US Army and the Provincial Reconstruction Team. William earned dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Portland State University.
