Kai Kirk's work experience is as follows:

- Chief Product Officer at BLAZE since May 2019. Responsible for optimizing the platform to ensure ease of use for customers through customer feedback, workflow analysis, and compliance considerations.

- Founder and Partner at Rich Global Dona Ana since March 2019. Oversees a vertical hemp operation in New Mexico, including greenhouse and warehouse spaces, plant genetics, extraction, distillation, formulations, and R&D facilities.

- Strategic Planning and Business Development at Rich Global Hemp since August 2018.

- Board Member at Boutique Unlimited since May 2018. Involved in the management of a premium cannabis operation with extraction/manufacturing facilities, distribution licenses, and indoor cultivation.

- Managing Partner at GKC Private Equity Group since November 2016. Established a private equity investment vehicle for a vertically integrated cannabis facility in Central California, providing cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution services.

- Founder and CEO at Flo Management (aka Playa Global) from October 2017 to May 2019. Developed seed to sale cultivation software for the cannabis industry, which was later acquired by Blaze Solutions.

Kai Kirk attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. After a gap, from 2009 to 2013, Kai Kirk then enrolled at Dallas Baptist University and pursued a degree in Business Management. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Private Equity and Venture Capital from the University of Bocconi.
