Blaze Talent was founded in 2022 by Will Blaze, who led technical recruiting at Peloton for 6 years—hiring 1,500+ employees globally from Series C through the IPO. Will also led 3 sourcing teams at Meta, focused on senior AI/ML engineers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Reality Labs. Earlier in his career, he supported companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Fanatics, and CAA as a recruiter in the staffing world.
