Simon Jacobs has worked in a variety of roles in the fitness and sports industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they were a Sports & Fitness Professional Coach & Consultant for SJ Training. In 2010, they became the National Gymnasium & Health Project Manager for NYA Movement, where they managed up to 100 fitness professionals at any one time in up to 30 different locations and all the health and fitness projects within those locations. In 2008, they were the Head Coach for the AFL Peace Team Project, a 6 month project to get a team of 11 Israelis and 11 Palestinians to play together in the AFL International Games in Australia. In 2009, they were the Head Coach for the Israeli Mens Field Hockey - Maccabiah 2009. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, they were the Joint CEO of IntaFit, a training company for the fitness professional that specializes in advanced studies to aid the professional in boosting their career. In 2018, they became the Head of Education and Professional Development for BlazePod.

Simon Jacobs has a long and varied educational history. From 2009 to 2027, they attended Lifetime University of Parenting and earned a degree in All 360 degrees, with a focus on Hygene, Culinary, Education, Security, Psychology, Sociology, and home tent bulding. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Academic college of Wingate, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from The Wingate Congress of Exercise and Sport Sciences, including a B.Ed. Physical Education (2008), Swimming instructor (2007), Football Coach (2006), Lifeguard (2006), and Personal Trainer (2006).
