Customer Success Manager at BlazeRunner

Todd Hall is currently the Customer Success Manager at BlazeRunner. Prior to that, they were a QA Engineer at RTS Labs from June 2019 to June 2021. In their role at RTS Labs, Todd was responsible for finding and documenting bugs using Jira Software, participating on teams with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, writing test cases for regression testing, preparing and walking clients through test plans for user acceptance testing (UAT), and executing cross-browser testing of both mobile and web platforms. Todd also assisted in writing automation scripts in Python with Selenium and participated in discovery, design and system requirement workshops and meetings with the product team, UI/UX designers, Business System Analysts (BSAs), and PMs. Todd was also responsible for leading live video training sessions for clients on software developed and delivered to them.

They work with John Balsavage - General Manager, Jeffrey Smalls - VP, Revenue Operations, and Alex Sarmiento - VP, Global Sales. Henok Jiru - Customer Success Engineer, Sarah Gardiner - Customer Success Engineer report to Todd Hall. Todd Hall reports to Dan Arad, Co-Founder, President & Coach.
