Kim DeAnda

Kim DeAnda is a seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the education, behavioral, and mental health fields. Currently serving as the BlazerWorks Department Manager and BCBA & Counseling Advisor, Kim is committed to empowering educators and service providers to positively impact students. Kim previously held roles such as Social Emotional Services Specialist and SELPA Program Specialist at Ventura County SELPA, and worked as a Behavioral Health Clinician for the County of Ventura. Kim earned a BA in Communication and Psychology from the University of Southern California and an MA in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
