Tal Bornstein

Tal Bornstein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering and Product at BLAZESOFT since August 2024, Tal leads the development and delivery of innovative software solutions while overseeing a team of engineers and product managers. Previous roles include Board Member at Eshkol Regional Council and Nirim, where Tal focused on strategic initiatives and budget planning, respectively. Tal also held the position of Innovative Applications Engineering Group Manager at ICL Group, fostering a culture of innovation and agile methodologies, and worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at SentinelOne, enhancing product quality and collaboration. Tal holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Hamikhlalah Ha'academit Lehandassah Sami Shamoon.
