BLD was founded in 2006 as a management company and registered on the London Stock Exchange.
The company is part of AG Capital family - the largest real estate holding in Bulgaria with 25 years of experience.
BLD developed in to investment company in all segments – office, commercial, residential and holiday properties. BLD is responsible for investment portfolios of groups and holdings, banking, institutions and individual investments.
From 2013 the company is focused on the residential market of Sofia with the following successful projects: STELLAR, AVIVA, SECRET GARDENS, SLOW LIFE DISTRICT, SONATA, MONA, KRISTA, ALBA, SOPHIE, METLICHINA, KAKAO, DOMINO.
