Focused on teamwork, collaboration, Lean Construction practices, emphasis on sustainability, leveraging technology, commitment to safety and quality, transparency, and partnering with all stakeholders. Experience with all delivery models with an emphasis on Construction Management, Design Build, and Integrated Project Delivery. 

Shadow Pre-Construction Services including Class D to A Budget, Scheduling & Planning, and Constructability Reviews to advance design with contractor input and help clients bring their projects to market with less changes and to fit proformas. Early Contractor Involvement with an opportunity to hire a contractor when you are ready.
