Ryan Howsam is the CEO & Founder of BLDX Inc., which provides Digital Identities for buildings to create Building Maintenance and Performance History Reports. Ryan is also the Founder of ClaimLedger, a project schedule analytics company integrating blockchain technology to prevent construction disputes. With over a decade of experience at FMI as a Principal and Senior Management Consultant, Ryan specialized in Risk Management Services, Business evaluations, and Strategic planning. Previous roles include Sales Specialist at Epiphany Clubs & Resorts and Lead Marketing Executive at Amstar Group Mountain Village. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, along with several other degrees from reputable institutions.
