Blé Boulangerie was born in 2008 as the result of an increasing need for the Zonamerica´s public to satisfy their all- day- long eating demands in a simple and healthy way.  A small, yet dynamic delivery system, with delicious fun food, soon turned into a manufacturing plant and three cafeterias that today offer the favorite choice for many who, besides killing their hunger, seek for a relaxing moment or a break in work, choosing nutrition and freshly prepared food on their path to well-being.  Today, Blé continues to grow, aiming at becoming the one delivery company which caters for every palate and craving, counting on a committed staff for the selection of quality ingredients and product manufacturing.
