Ian Meermans

Ian Meermans has over 25 years of extensive experience in operations and logistics management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Operations & Continuous Improvement Manager at Bleckmann since May 2018, Meermans oversees Retail & Ecom distribution for the Superdry account. From July 2013 to November 2017, Meermans was the General Manager at Avnet, managing a logistics center for electronic components in EMEA, with full accountability for operations and financial performance. Prior experience includes roles as Distribution Manager at Nike EMEA, where daily operations for warehouse distribution were managed, and as Plant Manager at Johnson Controls Automotive, where overall plant operations including production, finance, and logistics were overseen. Meermans holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp.
