Natalie Moriau has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits, as well as training and coaching. Currently serving as HR Fellow at Balance HR and Reward Director for Bleckmann, Moriau has a track record of driving learning initiatives, developing strategic compensation approaches, and enhancing performance management frameworks. Previous roles include HR expert and performance coach at HR on Top, compensation and benefits director at Ansell, and senior compensation & benefits manager at Huntsman, where Moriau was responsible for delivering reward strategies and managing international mobility policies. With a strong foundation in evidence-based methodologies, Moriau also contributed significantly to various consultancy projects and international HR forums throughout a dynamic career spanning over two decades.
