Patricia Crowley has been working in the telecom industry for 14+ years. In 2017, they began working as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Southern Diesel Truck Co. From 2010 to 2017, they were an Internet Sales and Marketing Director at Erish, Inc., consulting with small business owners on how to grow their business and make more money through the Internet. From 2010 to 2017, they were also an Independent Associate, specializing in Group Benefits and Small Business at Lionheart Assurance Solutions, LP. From 2008 to 2010, they were an Account Executive II and a Sr. Translation Engineer at tw telecom, inc. Before that, from 2006 to 2008, they were a Business Analyst at TeleTech.

Patricia Crowley attended Regis University from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a B.S. in Management. Patricia then returned to Regis University from 2006 to 2016, where they earned an MBA in Operations Management. In August 2017, they obtained certifications in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
