Rahim M. holds experience in leadership development facilitation, executive coaching, and digital transformation across various industries. Currently, Rahim serves as an associate faculty at Royal Roads University, mentoring students in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program. Additionally, Rahim founded DigitalQ and has worked with notable clients such as Apple Inc, Deloitte, and WestJet Airlines. Prior to this, Rahim held positions at CIBC, IBM, and Apple, where Rahim contributed significantly to digital strategy and ecommerce. Rahim is a highly educated individual, with degrees from Harvard Extension School, Queen's University, and York University.
