Dawn O'Shea

Dawn O'Shea is a seasoned brand design manager with extensive experience in leading design teams and enhancing brand strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Brand Design Manager at Blend since September 2022, Dawn is responsible for ensuring collaboration and workflow efficiency within digital and brand design teams while aligning with marketing objectives. Prior to this, as the Senior Director of Brand Experience at Advisor360° from April 2019 to September 2022, Dawn overhauled brand strategy and user experience initiatives. Dawn's 15-year tenure at Commonwealth Financial Network included roles such as Director of UX Design and Director of Digital Design, where a focus on application design and digital strategy aligned with marketing goals was paramount. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Visual and Media Arts from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
