Don Floyd is a seasoned professional in internal audit and compliance with extensive experience across various industries. Don has held significant positions including Head of Internal Audit at Coty, where responsibilities included global audit and risk management for a $6B beauty company, and Senior Vice President of Internal Audit and Compliance at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. Don's earlier roles at Polycom encompassed Chief Audit Executive and interim leadership in finance for Asia and Europe, contributing to the company's rapid growth and compliance while spearheading key initiatives.
