Winnie Ling

Winnie is Head of Legal at Blend. In her role, Winnie serves as Blend’s general counsel, steering its risk teams as they enable Blend to execute on business priorities while navigating complex legal and regulatory issues. As a strategic advisor and seasoned executive, Winnie has helped Blend scale and transition through periods of intense organizational change, including its IPO and NYSE listing, as the company continues to bring simplicity and transparency to financial services.

Prior to joining Blend in 2021, Winnie was a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she advised financial institutions and technology companies on a wide range of capital markets, financing, M&A, and other strategic matters. Winnie is a graduate of Columbia Law School, and also holds a business degree and a law degree from the University of New South Wales.
