Our Personal Training team has been built through a hand selecting some of the best coaches that Halifax has.  Our coaches have years of experience dealing with a variety of fitness level and goals.  Our classes environment uses functional movements as its methodology of choice and offers a fun alternative to that boring fitness routine.
