Jonathan Clare is the Vice President of Customer Service at Trove Brands, where they infuse customer insights into all aspects of the business through strategic operational involvement and data analysis. Previously, Jonathan served as Director of Customer Service at Trove Brands, and held various roles at BlenderBottle Company and BYU-Idaho, where they gained significant experience in customer relations, marketing, and team leadership. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they developed skills in horticultural marketing and communications.
