Gil Frechtman is currently the COO at BLEnergy, having held the position of VP of Operations since 2022. Prior to that, Gil served as VP of Global Operations at Augwind Energy from 2021 to 2022. At Inbar Solar Energy, Gil's roles included Director of Service & Maintenance, Construction Manager, Vice President of Operations, Installation Team Leader, and Installer from 2015 to 2018. Gil earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2017 and 2019 and is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Sapir College.
