Oliver Dultz

Oliver Dultz has extensive experience in finance and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Head of International Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions at BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG since October 2012. Dultz has held various roles within the same company, including Project Manager for M&A and corporate investment management, and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions from July 2003 to June 2008. Additionally, Dultz was a member of several boards and committees of affiliates and joint ventures during that time. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and an internship in business controlling with a focus on a USAID-funded privatization project in Cairo. Dultz has contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer for the International MBA program at the International Graduate Center - Hochschule Bremen, teaching a module on Entrepreneurial Finance. Dultz holds a Diploma in International Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen and a Certificate in M&As and Corporate Strategy from INSEAD.
