Ed Gaffney

Ed Gaffney is an experienced entrepreneur and founder, currently serving as the Owner of Interswag since January 2019, where the focus is on creating branded merchandise for alumni of international schools. Gaffney also founded Made in Akron in July 2009, promoting local businesses and artists through Print-On-Demand technology and unique gift box programs. Previous ventures include Diners Republic, an app-based platform connecting independent merchants with customers, and Rubber City Clothing, an iconic retail store in Downtown Akron. Gaffney has held significant leadership roles, including Managing Director for Chrissie Hynde's management and ownership of multiple manufacturing companies, while also contributing to the startup ecosystem through various consultative roles. Gaffney studied Economics at Denison University after attending Singapore American School and Walsh Jesuit High School.
