Cathryn Patterson

Cathryn Patterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently serving as Co-Founder at iCathryn and BizPair since 2020 and 2019 respectively, Cathryn also holds the position of Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Blind since 2021. Previous roles include Brand Ambassador at Correlation One, Vice President of Technology at Cherokee Logic, and Director of Product Solutions and ScrumMaster at DIVERSANT, LLC. Cathryn's career in project management began at ManTech and has included various leadership positions such as Configuration Manager at Acme Aerospace and Director of Technical Recruiting at Prestige Personnel. Cathryn holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Composition from California State University, Long Beach.
