Blink & Bling is not just a design tool — we’re building a complete ecosystem for the jewellery industry, connecting customers, designers, jewellers/stores, CAD specialists, and manufacturers in one unified platform. Instead of scattered messages, unclear references, and repeated revisions across different tools, everyone works inside a shared design-to-delivery workspace where every decision is tracked and every handoff is clean. Customers start by explaining their vision through conversational AI (in any language) or by sharing a prompt, reference image, or sketch. The platform then generates multiple design directions and store-aligned inspiration moodboards, helping both the customer and jeweller quickly align on style and intent. From there, the design is refined through rapid iterations with clear version history, before a professional jeweller validates manufacturability and real-world constraints like stone settings, tolerances, comfort, and compliance. Once approved, it moves into CAD generation and review, followed by customer approvals before production. Throughout the journey, everything—files, timelines, approvals, and communication—lives in a secure vault in one place. The outcome is faster custom jewellery with fewer remakes, less wasted prototyping, and a smoother experience for both customers and jewellers—turning what often takes weeks of back-and-forth into a structured flow that can close in days (depending on complexity).
