Will Erb

Will Erb is an accomplished television production executive with a diverse background in alternative programming. They began their career with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Electronic Arts from California State University-Long Beach, graduating in 2002. Over the years, Will held various key positions, including Line Producer at Endemol Shine North America and Executive in Charge of Production at 3BALL USA and Michael Levitt Productions. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President of Global Unscripted Television at Blink49 Studios, following their role as VP of Production for U.S. Alternative Television at Entertainment One.
