Rishika Arora

Rishika Arora is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Blink Charging since February 2022, Rishika leads various HR functions including policy design, change management, and diversity initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships across India, Europe, and the US. Prior to this role, Rishika held the position of Regional Human Resource Manager at Sterling and Wilson Private Ltd, where responsibilities included executing HR strategies and aligning them with business objectives. Rishika's career spans roles in administration and communications, as well as a strong educational foundation with a B.Com from Delhi University and multiple diplomas in relevant fields.
