Dilip Kumar

Dilip Kumar is a food quality and supply chain professional with over 18 years of experience in the food industry. They have worked in various roles, including as a Quality Assurance Executive at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., and held leadership positions at Camson Agri-Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and Freshmantra Pvt. Ltd., where they focused on quality assurance, sustainability initiatives, and operational excellence. Currently, Dilip serves as the Head of Quality and Fruit Project Lead at Blinkit, where they are establishing an end-to-end supply chain for fruits and leading quality initiatives across India. Dilip holds a PGDMA in Operation Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and Processing from Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences.
