Payal Batra

Payal Batra is an experienced professional in the fields of growth and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Director of Growth at Blinkit since March 2022, after holding the position of Associate Director of Growth. Prior to Blinkit, Payal held the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at Collegedunia from December 2020 to March 2022 and co-founded Lionise, an online fashion marketplace for renting designer wear, from June 2016 to December 2020. Payal also contributed as a volunteer for Teach For India and gained valuable experience as a Private Equity Audit Analyst at Deloitte U.S. India offices from August 2014 to November 2015. Payal holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, and completed early education at Carmel Convent School, Delhi, specializing in Commerce/Business.
