Pragyan Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently part of the People Team at Blinkit since October 2025, Pragyan previously served as an HR Manager at Asian Paints from October 2022 to October 2025, where leadership of a team and management of diverse employee groups were key responsibilities. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Ola, where engagement, talent management, and streamlined processes for a workforce of over 850 employees were executed, along with significant involvement in business restructuring. Pragyan's early career included positions focused on talent acquisition and management in companies like Edelweiss Life Insurance and Mavericking, supplemented by internships in talent mapping and the hiring process.
