Rohan Arora

Rohan Arora is a Senior Software Engineer at Blinkit, where responsibilities include leading backend development for scalable systems focused on payments, notifications, data pipelines, and event queues since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rohan specialized in backend engineering with an emphasis on Go at Blinkit and contributed to various applications including the Blinkit Franchise, Velocity, and Locus Apps, as well as enhancing functionality on Blinkit's Feed and Layout pages. Rohan's experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at magicpin, improving merchant promotions, and serving as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador in various capacities. Additionally, Rohan co-founded WECBR, an organization aimed at connecting colleges across India, and gained early experience through internships and roles in web development and brand ambassadorships. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology, completed in 2021.
