Travis James

Travis James has over 13 years of work experience in the tech industry. In 2009, they began working at Apple as a Genius (Apple Mac Technician), where they were responsible for quickly and accurately troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. In 2017, they joined Milestone Technologies, Inc. as an IT Field Technician at Uber. There, they were the primary contact for all Uber Melbourne internal tech support requests, as well as providing local and regional support for Australia and New Zealand. In 2020, Travis joined Ento.com as a Senior Security and Systems Manager. In this role, they managed Ento's cloud IT services and adapted quickly to the fast-paced environment. Currently, Travis is a Growth Operations Manager at Blinq.

Travis James attended RMIT University from 2014 to 2015 and earned a degree in Sound Production.
