André Job

André Job is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Currently serving as Senior TA Manager at Blip.pt, André has played a pivotal role in scaling FanDuel's Porto operation from 35 to over 400 employees, fostering a results-driven and people-oriented TA culture. Prior to this, André held positions at Altran as an Advanced Talent Acquisition Specialist and at Randstad Portugal as a Human Resources Consultant, where responsibilities included developing recruitment processes and managing client relationships. André began a career in human resources with a curricular internship at DST Group, focusing on recruitment for engineering and construction roles. André holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Universidade do Minho and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade da Beira Interior.
