Daniel Silva has extensive experience in workforce management and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Blip.pt since January 2023, Daniel has previously held various roles at Sitel Group from October 2017 to January 2023, including Global WFM Account Manager and Team Manager. Prior to that, positions included Coordinator and Team Leader at Randstad from April 2015 to October 2017, as well as Team Leader at ZON Multimédia from October 2010 to April 2015. Daniel holds a degree in História from Universidade do Porto, earned between 2015 and 2018.
