Joanne Esposti

Joanne Esposti is a Project Manager specializing in skills and employability projects for charities and arts organizations. Currently serving as the Wales Programme Lead at Bliss, they have previously managed the Steps to Progress project at The Wallich and coordinated the Cultural Ambition Project with Creative & Cultural Skills. With extensive experience in event management, partnership development, and mentoring, Joanne has a strong background in working with vulnerable populations and supporting individuals with additional needs. They hold a BA in Drama with Film & Television Studies from Aberystwyth University, along with a certificate in Theatre Arts Management from Birkbeck, University of London.
