Neil James is an accomplished leader in business consulting and integrated business planning with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Blueglass Consulting since 2017, Neil focuses on helping organizations enhance their S&OP/IBP processes through effective change management, stakeholder coaching, and audits. A member of the Board of Trustees at Bliss since December 2020, Neil also holds the position of Associate Partner at CAMELOT Management Consultants.
