Lorena Pașcu

Lorena Pașcu is an HR Recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and event management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Team Lead at BLITZ since 2021, Lorena previously worked in various roles including a PR Assistant at Jazz In The Park and Logistics/Support Volunteer for multiple events such as Zilele Nordului and Untold Festival. An accomplished academic, Lorena is pursuing a short-term exchange in Communication and Public Relations at Uniwersytet Warszawski, following a Master's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
