Derek Ramsey is a Senior Designer at Blitz since July 2019, with a progressive career in architecture that includes roles as an Associate at Arris Studio Architects from September 2016 to June 2019 and a Designer at Ian Saude Inc. from August 2014 to November 2018. Earlier experience includes an internship at Baumgartner + Uriu (BPlusU) in early 2014 and an internship at David Goldstein Architects in early 2011, where Derek contributed to the development of architectural plans for a community building in Lompoc, California. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and additional studies at the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology, Cuesta College, and Allan Hancock Community College, culminating in a certification as an Architectural Drafter.
